Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders in the Continental United States. International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00. All items are shipped using USPS for all domestic delivery within the United States as well as Internationally. Orders placed on the weekend, including a holiday or Friday, will be shipped the next business day. Any issue with address or payment verification could result in delayed shipping and we are unable to reroute packages once in transit, so please double check to make sure that all information is correct.
Delivery times will vary, depending on how far you live from Portland, OR, usually 3-7 days for domestic and longer for International. International shipments vary depending on customs and country and katetowers.com can not be held responsible for international shipments that are held in customs.
If this is a rush order please contact me directly at katetowers@gmail.com to make special shipping arrangements. I will do my best. Customers will be responsible for the cost of any rush deliveries using FedEx or UPS overnight services.
Orders will include insurance. All claims of lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are generally here during the hours of 9am - 2:45pm PST Monday - Friday. Cash or credit cards can be processed on site or we can arrange for a PayPal invoice to be sent.
