Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be received back to the studio within 14 days of purchase date. Any return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were upon arrival to the buyer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Prices displayed on our site are in US dollars. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Full priced items will be refunded to the original payment method. Your account will be credited within 5 days of receiving your return.
To make your return: please email us at katetowers@gmail.com within 3 days upon receipt of order with the reason for the return or exchange. Goods must be received back to our studio in Portland, OR, within 14 days of order date, and be returned unworn and in their original condition. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Exchange orders will be shipped out upon receiving your return, and any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method. Tracking confirmation will be emailed once your exchange order ships from our studio.
